Tantric Master and Spiritual Guide
Meet Sri Vijay Anand, a dedicated practitioner of Tantric Hatha Yoga since the tender age of 5. Rooted in the sacred teachings of Shiva's Tattwa Gyan and Swar Yog, he weaves a tapestry of profound knowledge through the 72,000 Nadis, the subtle pathways of prana. Inspired by the 112 Shiva Sutras from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, he has mastered the art of combining these ancient teachings with the transformative principles of Kaya Kalp - Ayurveda's body rejuvenation techniques.
A scion of the esteemed lineage of Rishi Vashistha, one of the revered Saptarishis known for their profound understanding of Shiva's knowledge and Upanishad wisdom, Sri Vijay Anand embodies the essence of ancient wisdom passed down through generations.
Sri Vijay Anand's mission extends beyond borders, spanning across 50 countries. His work is dedicated to advancing the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of humanity. Through powerful Kundalini Tantra Yoga and well-being projects, transformative teacher training courses, and voluntary contributions to public service initiatives, he has left an indelible mark on communities around the world.
Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Massage Therapist and Reiki Master
India ignited Ildy's passion for yoga in 2000. A transformative month-long yoga course in Auroville sparked a fire within, leading her to return to India for a Yoga Teacher Training course. This experience solidified the profound connection between yoga and her well-being.
Since then, yoga has become an inseparable thread in the fabric of Ildy's life. Her teaching style is informed by a deep understanding cultivated through continuous learning and personal experience. Sharing this ancient art and science with others is a true honour.
As Ildy embarked on her yoga journey, the profound connection between mind and body became clear. Yoga postures, or asanas, are not merely physical exercises; they are tools to cultivate awareness, healing, and clarity for the mind, body, and spirit.
This mind-body connection, she realised, allows us to return to the present moment and truly understand ourselves. Through yoga, Ildy discovered inner peace and the importance of mindfulness.
Ildy's personal practice and teaching and training experiences allow for a unique blend of traditional Indian yoga styles and contemporary approaches. Classes are spontaneous, lighthearted, and designed to create a positive and uplifting learning experience for students. The ultimate goal is to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and connection.
While she deeply values yoga's spiritual aspects, Ildy also recognises the importance of the physical body.
Hatha Yoga Teacher and Nutritionist
My journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for yoga and a profound belief in holistic living. It began in childhood, when I eagerly followed my father’s yoga practice, igniting a lifelong love affair with the discipline.
My commitment to wellness grew with age, guiding me to mindful eating habits and informed choices. This holistic lifestyle was my constant through life’s challenges, travel and growth.
The pandemic became a turning point, deepening my yoga practice and sparking a wellness transformation. Devoting 1.5-2 hours daily, I witnessed remarkable physical and emotional changes.
Certified by the esteemed Bodhi School of Yoga in Affiliation with Yoga Alliance, my mission became clear, to share the gift of wellness through integrated yoga and nutrition. Armed with Yoga Alliance affiliation and nutrition expertise, I aspired to enrich lives around my environment.
A Testament to my belief that wellness is a universal right,it stands as a beacon of light, offering yoga, Pranayama, meditation and nutrition to nurture body, mind and soul.

Tantra Art
Prana – the life source
Manjunath is an independent artist who instinctively draws inspiration from human forms and has been practising his art with live models. His work is not an exact representation of what meets the eye but much deeper source of energies exchanged and transformed. In the process he feels both the artist and the model end up getting transformed in ways beyond their own control, the art becomes the universal truth. It is his art practice and constant search for deeper meanings of life that exposed him to the idea of Tantra Massage Therapy and he took the plunge to explore deeper.
He has been practising Tantra Massage along with his art practice for more than 15 years.
Manjunath expresses his gratitude to his teacher/Guru, Sri Vijay Anand, and it is he who pointed out to him his deeper potential as a Tantra practitioner and encouraged him to continue his practice, process to get in touch with deeper self and divine within.
Dust gathers, cleansing is a constant process. But before we learn to cleanse, one must accept that the dust has been accumulated, it is this realisation that helps us to become grounded and work on oneself.
Kundalini
Understanding Kundalini is fundamental to yoga yet rarely do teacher training programmes explain how you can work with it to improve your health and well-being. We share techniques to safely connect with the immense Kundalini energy that is lying dormant in us all.
Yoga
Almost all the predominantly physical yoga “styles” popular in the west today have their roots in Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga focussed on the physical aspects of tantra and enhanced them, further producing the highest understanding of purifying and maintaining the body and increasing our understanding of the connection between body and mind.
Yoga was primarily focused on meditation and a life of renunciation until the Tantrics developed physical methods to support the practice. The Tantrics built on what the Rishis discovered (the pioneers of yoga who dedicated their lives to spiritual development) and made it mainstream by creating techniques that could be used by everyday people without the time to dedicate their entire lives to yoga or the desire to cut themselves off from the rest of society. This is one of several reasons why Tantra is especially relevant for modern-day teachers.
You might feel that you need to go to India if you want to get the real yoga experience that goes past the physical levels but as this course is overseen by an Indian-born, lifelong tantric yogi, you can rest assured that you are getting the real thing!
People from all walks of life come to our courses but when they leave us they all have one thing in common. They have had a life-changing experience that has allowed them to grow as a person, becoming more accepting, happy and able to deal with the world.
Whether you wish to teach others or not, it is reassuring to know that this course is delivered according to the standards of Yoga Alliance US and you’ll leave with a certificate that is recognised all over the world, making it easier to get classes in the beginning.
You will be accommodated in a villa in Goa, India.
There will be sharing and single accommodation available.
How the physical postures should be performed and sequenced. Includes variations you can give to students who may need easier progressions into the full posture. We will also cover how and when to adjust a students form.
How the body works and how yoga and tantra practice can enhance the various system within, mostly your internal organs. You will be able to explain the all the benefits tantric yoga can bring to the body, mind and soul.
This energy system is a central concept that is shared throughout eastern approaches to health and well being . We think everyone interested in yoga needs to understand the critical difference between the tantric and classical yoga approaches to understanding, balancing and optimising the chakras.
Often only covered in a mystical sense in standard teacher trainings course, we will explain what it is, how it can be safely activated and what to do with it.
Kriya is translated as “action” and is used in several different contexts in yoga. The Kriya’s you will learn are a series of seated exercises that will activate energy channels in the body. With only a short amount of regular practice you can experience the life changing effects of these ancient and incredibly powerful methods that will bring the theoretical concepts of the chakra system to life by making it something you have physically experienced for yourself.
Your breath is the link between body and mind. The benefits of regular tantric pranayama exercises cannot be understated. The tantric methods have subtle but very important differences to those taught in a classical yoga approach. You will learn advanced methods for your own personal practice and basic methods suitable for using in a class or workshop.
The pinnacle of all yoga practice, meditation is so simple, yet so challenging. Fortunately, there are techniques in both the classical yoga and tantric schools that you can use to rapidly accelerate your own progress and when leading group meditation sessions.
The theme of Vijnana Bhairava Tantra is dharana, or concentration, a subject most relevant today.
This tantric text sheds much light on the practice of dhaarana, which until now has been revealed only by peripheral explanations. The text comprises 112 different dharanas, or techniques of concentration, which can easily be incorporated into one’s daily life. Although dharana is a practice intended for an adept, whos mind is steady and controlled, the techniques contained within this course provide a way even for the aspirant with a distracted mind to gradually develop concentration and meditation
From the original yogi’s, known as Rishi’s, right up to the all the weird and wonderful “styles” of yoga on offer today. Learn the often untold story behind the evolution of tantra and what the different approaches offer.
You will learn the art of teaching, in other words; how to inspire and motivate students safely, when to let students find their own way and how to manage groups with mixed levels of ability.
It is best to have a few years of experience, but if you only have a few months, and you are serious about learning and going deeper, it should not be a problem.
When you sign up, we will give you a full list of things you will need to bring with you to India. Until then, you only need to bring your mat and and an open mind.
There is no pre-requisite in terms of how well you can do the poses. We only require that you can sit on the ground, and that you can stand up. The rest will follow.
There will be an ongoing assessment during the course. If there will be home assignments to do, homework and towards the end of course you will be required to teach your fellow students. At the end of the course there will be a theory test. There’s a requirement for you to attend 90% of the live classes.
As much as you can. It is important to make practice your priority, otherwise you will not be able to change your life. You will have to make some changes, adjustments in your daily life, and prioritise practice more.
Yes, but not many. We will recommend a few books to read but they should not be more important than practice. Practice is more important than reading.
